A Piece of %#!@!
Heellooooo, this is Froggie, or Kodaiko, 2 years and 8(8 + 7) + 5 days old. Some of us Punk Family are now at University of British Columbia in Canada. You know, you know, there is NO PLACE to eat or get food around here! AAAAAAHHHHH, this school breaks my heart! We kids (Dad, Mom, and me) were almost crying from hunger. So, poor Grandmah was walking around the campus for us clasping the dining map&schedule.
But, BUT, most of them were CLOSED especially at night over weekends during the summer! The only restaurants area opening until late at night is on the opposite side of the campus, which is NOT walkable. Grandmah ended up finding a vending machine in a gym near the student union, and bought a small bag of potato chips, a huge chocorate cookie, and a bottle of coke. I can’t believe that they don’t even sell any fruits! I really should open FG’s Fruits stand here… I called Grandpah and talked about this situation. The title of today’s entry was his comment on this incident. Keekeekee.
Anyways, we just finished this miserable dinner in this small room. But Grandmah, what are we eating for breakfast and lunch tomorrow? We shouldn’t have eaten this up today…? AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!! We break our heart! Well… At least two restaurants in the student union seem to be open around the lunch time on Sundays.
By the way, we came all the way to Canada to attend Komonjo Workshop. Grandmah and Mom will study classical Japanese materials. Meanwhile, Dad and I are hanging around and looking after the girls. (Grandmah and Mom. NOT other girls, Dad…)
Dreaming of fruits,
-FG
