Fruity Cake in Kobe
Kon'nichiwa, this is Froggie, or Kodaiko, still 3 years and 8(8 + 8 + 7) + 3 days old in the US, 3 years and 8(8 + 8 + 7) + 4 days old in Japan. I finally recovered from jet lag. Well... I'm fully awake at 5am everyday though. You know, I'm a natural born peasant. I can wake up so early. That's the way I am.
Anyways, today I would like to introduce Grandmah's favorite restaurants in her hometown Kobe. In particular, she claims that this cake store is "the best in the world." Well, it's true that Kobe has been so famous for delicious cake and bread.
Thinking about Raisin Lady ...
That's why my brother Washuwashu got trained to be a pâtissier here. I ate "Savarin with Rum-Raisin." Yeaaa... It was daaalicioooooous. The whole cake was rum-soaked, and tasted adult. I felt so mature. I may be able to get over the bitter memory with Raisin Lady? Bitter but sweet. Like rum raisin.
Stealing Great Grandpah's short cake
Great Grandpah had a strawberry short cake. He kindly let me try some ...well... most of it. A little bit embarrassing... *blush* But it was the best short cake I have ever had. I was thinking of my brother learning how to make sweets, and determined to come back here with him again. ... Well, and with Mom. Or else, she will bitch-slap me. Keekeekee.
A memory is bitter, but sweet. Like rum-soaked raisin. FG's.

Those cakes look and sound yummy. Morimoto has a new business venture to propose to Washu Washu: a pastry- and coffee-house called "Two Frogs". Or "Three Frogs", if you want to incorporate your fruits into our menu!

Mr. Froggie deeply thanks you two for fruity comments and is sorry for the late response. Mr. Froggie is extremely excited about the idea of a new cafe, and wants to talk about it as soon as he returns to California.
